Our Cape Town based firm was started in early 1998 as a practice specialised in environmental law. Soon thereafter our range of professional services was extended to include health and safety legal advice. Over the years our client base has steadily grown to extend to companies throughout southern Africa, and we now also advise clients in Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Lesotho, as well as internationally. We are one of the oldest and most established environmental, health and safety law firms in South Africa. The firm’s managing attorney, Mark Dittke, has a Masters Degree in environmental law (LL.M) from the University of Cape Town.

The international publication Legal 500 recommended our firm in the Europe, Middle East and Africa 2009 directory as follows in its South Africa overview: “Niche firms continue to be a success story, particularly in legal areas that are relatively new.
